Service Details

  • Cleaning products: we use high-quality cleaning products produced in the UAE. All products are tested and safe for a house cleaning environment.
  • Equipment: we provide all necessary cleaning equipment when requested in the booking.
  • Rescheduling: please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Additional services, including ironing and window cleaning, may be available upon request.
  • Please notify the office for balcony cleaning so our team can work safely during hot weather conditions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Clear instructions: please share specific cleaning preferences and areas needing particular attention.
  • Access: ensure our cleaning team has unrestricted access to all areas to be cleaned.
  • Valuables: secure valuable items before our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Pets: please secure pets. Our team is pet friendly; just give us a heads up.
  • Payment: payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
